What the enquiry form collects

If you send an enquiry through this website, the form collects only what is needed to understand and answer it:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your telephone number — optional
• The type of enquiry you select
• The message you write
• The site language you were using, so we can reply in the same language

The enquiry form does not ask for any other information. The website has no accounts, no login, and no visitor profile.

How it is used

Your enquiry is used for one purpose: to respond to it. It is not added to marketing lists, and it is not sold, traded, or shared for advertising.

Storage

This version of the website does not store enquiries in a database and keeps no copy of your message. When online enquiry delivery is active, a submission is passed on only so that we can reply to it.
